  1. Where does Milo & Me ship? 
    Milo & Me ships to everywhere in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
  2. How much does shipping cost?
    Our standard shipping fee is $8 USD

  3. When Will I receive my order? 
    Milo & Me offers ground shipping of 5-10 business days. 

  4. Do you ship to PO boxes? 
    Yes 

  5. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Yes, if we’re able to catch it in time, we can update your order. Please reach out to miloandmeservice@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  6. How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification which will provide your order details. The shipping carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking information. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to miloandmeservice@gmail.com

  7. How can I make a return or exchange? 
    Please fill out the contact form for returns or exchanges including your order #. Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  8. Can I order a different size than what is stated on the website?
    Our product sizes are small, medium, and large. Our small products adjust to an extra small sized pet. Unfortunately, our large products only go as far as the sizing chart states. Please consult our sizing chart for further questions.
