Who is Milo & Me?

My name is Fernanda and I am from San Diego, California. I am a dog mom of 2 beautiful dogs, a chocolate labrador retriever and a boston terrier. As you can imagine, Milo & Me is born from my love for these two. I used to have a white labrador since I was a little girl up until 2016, Clifford. After he passed away, I knew I needed a new buddy, and in 2017 I was gifted with Piccola, my boston terrier. She is the sweetest (and stinkiest) and most energetic dog I know. Two years later someone gifted us Bella, our labrador. Bella has the sweetest heart and is the neediest girl ever. Needless to say I spend most of my days accompanied by them. In the summer of 2022, my boyfriend proposed to me with them by his side, so yes, they are my literally like my kids. 

I love to constantly buy them new accesories, snacks and toys. Who doesn't love to see their faces and "zoomies" when they receive a gift? 

I've always wanted to launch a pet accesories brand where the accesories could match the pet's personalities. There are all types of pets, the crazy ones, the calm ones, the needy ones and so on... This is why we've named the brand styles differently. For the bold, for the classics, for the sweethearts and for the playful.

When designing these products, I wanted style and funcitonality to be its most important characteritics. So, not only did we spend a lot of time in the designing of each style but also on its practicality. Our leashes have padded handles, all our products are washing machine safe and all the clasps and handles are easily and quickly applicable to pets. 

Some of our favorite activities with Piccola and Bella are taking them to the dog park, going on hikes and going to the dog beach on hot days. On rainy days we love to watch TV, especially The Lion King, Bella's favorite movie. 

One of my favorite hobbies obviously includes doing all those activities with my dogs. I also love to read ! I am currently reading The Riviera House by Natasha Lester, historical ficiton is my favorite genre. I also like to excercise and spend time with friends and family. It is in my plans to adopt a dog. It's one of my dreams to one day provide a dog in need a loving home, cuddles and fun adventures.
